Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing or using the Forfy™ application, the user fully accepts these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please immediately uninstall the application and discontinue any use. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Service Provider Identity

3. Access Requirements

To use Forfy™ you must: (a) be at least 18 years of age; (b) hold an active VAT number under the flat-rate tax regime or be an economic operator in the categories supported by the app; (c) have a device compatible with the officially available app version; (d) accept the applicable store and operating system terms of use. Access to the service requires an internet connection.

4. Service Description

Forfy™ is a software tool supporting fiscal and accounting management for flat-rate tax regime operators. The service includes the Tax Vault (tax accrual), INPS Tank (social security contributions), DAC7 Tracker (marketplace threshold monitoring), Invoices & PDF (fiscal document issuance), Deadline Calendar (obligation reminders) and CMO Inventory (inventory management) modules.

Note: Forfy™ does not constitute professional tax, accounting or legal advice. The user is solely responsible for the accuracy and compliance of their own fiscal obligations. It is recommended to verify data processed by the app with your qualified accountant or tax advisor.

5. Account & Security

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and all activities carried out through their account. It is mandatory to promptly notify Forfy™ of any unauthorized access or account security breach. Forfy™ is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized account use due to the user's failure to safeguard their credentials.

6. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Free trial: Forfy™ offers a free 14 (fourteen) day trial with no charges. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, the service will automatically deactivate unless the user activates a paid subscription.

Subscription plans:

Monthly Plan: €7.99/month (VAT included where applicable)
Annual Plan: €69.99/year (VAT included where applicable), equivalent to approximately €5.83/month with 27% savings

Payment channels: when available, subscriptions are purchased through the supported official stores. The www.forfyapp.com website does not collect or store full payment card data.

Auto-renewal: subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period (monthly or annual), charging the payment method registered on the official store used, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The charge occurs within 24 hours of the current period's expiration.

Management and cancellation: the subscription can be managed or cancelled at any time through the settings of the official store used. Cancelling the subscription does not result in a refund of the already paid period; access to the service remains active until the end of the current already-paid period.

Refunds: refunds for purchases made through official stores are handled according to the policies of the store where the purchase was made. Forfy™ cannot issue direct refunds for in-app purchases managed by stores. For Apple purchases, use the App Store's "Report a Problem" feature or visit reportaproblem.apple.com; for Google Play purchases, use the support and refund tools provided by Google Play.

Price changes: Forfy™ reserves the right to modify subscription plan prices, with at least 30 days' notice via in-app notification or email. The renewal following the new price coming into effect will be at the new amount.

7. Intellectual Property

Forfy™ and all related content, features and functionality (including software, design, texts, graphics, the "Forfy™" trademark and logo) are the exclusive property of Forfy™ and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification or use is prohibited.

Any third-party platform names or trademarks selectable or mentioned in the app are used only to identify compatible services or operational categories and belong to their respective owners. Forfy™ is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those parties.

8. Prohibited Uses

Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling the application
Using the service for illegal or fraudulent activities
Attempting unauthorized access to Forfy™ systems
Reselling, sublicensing or transferring your account to third parties
Using the service for purposes other than the user's personal or professional use
Violating any applicable law or regulation

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Italian law, Forfy™ is not liable for: (a) tax errors, penalties or financial losses arising from use of the application; (b) service interruptions, data loss or technical malfunctions; (c) decisions made by the user based on the app's calculations. Calculations provided are for guidance purposes only and do not replace the advice of a qualified accountant. Forfy™'s maximum liability to the user is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last 12 months.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Forfy™ reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the service, with or without notice, in the event of breach of these terms, fraudulent activity or abuse of the service. The user may delete their account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, data will be removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue service features at any time. Significant changes will be communicated with reasonable notice via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of them.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For consumer users, the mandatory court provided by applicable law remains competent. For business users, unless mandatory rules apply, disputes are submitted to the competent court under the ordinary rules of Italian law. The European ODR platform has no longer been operational since 20 July 2025; complaints may be sent through the support channels listed on this page or handled by competent ADR bodies, where applicable.

13. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, void or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be replaced by the closest valid provision to the original intent of the parties.
